Secure Payment
Custom built computers will be quoted with an exact price and a 50% deposit is required in advance. The balance is paid on Delivery. Ready Built computers are paid in full on pickup or delivery. Please remember HST will be added to the invoice. Payments can be made by cash or eTransfer. Credit Card payments can be made with a 5% processing fee.
Support
All our computer builds come with a 3 year labor guarantee. Parts that are damaged by the user or parts that have worn out due to misuse are not covered. Most parts are covered by the manufacturers warrantee for normal use and that varies from 1-5 years. Parts such as CPUs and GPUs that have been overclocked by the end user are not covered. Parts used for Crypto mining are not covered.
